duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals with patient care and medical procedures
- Perform basic medical tasks such as taking vital signs, collecting specimens, and administering medications
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
- Document patient information, medical history, and treatment plans accurately
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and coordinating referrals

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a Medical Assistant training program or certification
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
- Proficiency in medical administrative tasks including scheduling and record keeping
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent patient service
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of X-ray procedures and equipment is a plus
