- Champion the growth of our Paid Social service, contributing to ROI’s standing as experts in the digital marketing industry.
- Enable your team to meet and exceed client growth goals, retaining good-fit clients for the Paid Social service and the agency at large.
- Inspire creative and strategic work and provide meaningful growth opportunities for team members.
What will you do?
- Lead a team of Paid Social experts to elevate our service to new heights.
- Scale social expertise within the team to develop innovative strategies that help our clients realize untapped, profitable growth.
- Ensure high quality Paid Social strategy, communication, and deliverables are being provided to our clients, ultimately owning the outcome of your team’s work.
- Remain up to date on emerging Paid Social trends and tactics and influence how they enhance and evolve our service.
- Understand the market and VOC (voice of customer) through market analysis: client feedback, 3rd party research, technology trends and competitive analysis to drive adjustments to the service.
- Act as a primary change agent and thought leader internally for the service as well as a key external representative for the service.
- Work with your team to respond to client challenges in a timely manner and guide the execution of solutions.
- Drive high employee retention and engagement by serving as a leader who strives to ensure every employee feels personally cared for and respected.
- Provide proactive and specific feedback to direct reports by conducting frequent check-ins and shadowing client work as appropriate.
- Partner with our Sales & Marketing team to position our service and acquire new business.
- Integrate with other paid media and optimization services to create a cohesive, cross-channel experience.
Requirements:
- 3 years of Paid Social experience with at least 1 year leading Paid Social campaign strategy and testing with monthly budgets of at least $100k.
- Bachelor’s degree.

- Successful track record of delivering positive results and growth for brands through innovative digital strategies.
- Demonstrated experience directing large and complex Paid Social campaigns with a performance marketing focus.
- Proven expertise in creative strategy and testing to achieve results on social media platforms.
- Customer-centric focus with the ability to drive client retention and happiness.
- Strong business acumen and a desire to creatively problem solve.
- A data-driven mindset with outstanding analytical skills and experience with data analysis
- Outstanding listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas with simple and effective communication.
- Flexible self-starter with the ability to take ownership of numerous, fast-moving projects and is comfortable with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated success coaching, leading, and/or developing others.
- Embodies ROI’s core values and is willing to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
