Wilton Meadows is a leading provider of healthcare services from short-term to long term care. We are changing how care is delivered by brining together a Paid Training Program for Nurses Aide- passionate, highly skilled and motivated folks to make a difference.

The training is free, no experience required, only a desire to provide compassionate care to patients/residents and their families. From start to finish, the program can take up to 3 weeks. Placement in Wilton Meadows Healthcare is a guarantee upon a successful completion of the training and certification exam.

Once class is complete - you are Guaranteed a Full or Part time Position

We offer 3 shifts

• 7 am - 3 pm including every other weekend
• 3 pm- 11 pm including every other weekend
• 11pm - 7 am including every other weekend

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of a high school education or high school equivalency diploma is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computers or willingness to learn.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language as Nurse Aides must listen and respond to patient/resident concerns. They also need to share information with other healthcare workers.
• Must have the physical stamina to be on your feet all day and perform tasks such as lifting or moving patients/residents.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
