Since our founding in 1986, we have graded and authenticated millions of items. We employ more than 1,700 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Seattle, Hong Kong, Paris, Shanghai, and Tokyo.

We're seeking a Paid Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing and Growth team to lead our paid media programs for Collectors, including PSA and Goldin. This role will be responsible for building and executing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive incremental revenue, increase the number of active customers, and improve lifetime value. In addition, the Paid Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and communicating clear and objective performance metrics to the marketing analytics and finance teams, optimizing campaigns based on those metrics, and collaborating with other teams to ensure the success of the paid media programs.

You'll report directly to our Head of Growth Marketing and can be located at our Santa Ana, California location; Jersey City, New Jersey location; or remote. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy that drives incremental revenue, and activates customers, and LTV for PSA and Goldin 
  • Build new programs and initiatives that align with our overall marketing strategy and objectives 
  • Ability to partner with marketing leaders across the Marketing organization and cross-functional partners across Product and Technology, to drive a comprehensive paid media program 
  • Manage relationships with key advertising partners, negotiate contracts and ensure effective execution of campaigns 
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually optimize our paid media programs 
  • Work closely with our marketing analytics, data engineering and finance teams to measure and analyze the performance of our campaigns, and provide insights to improve marketing performance 
  • Communicate performance and optimization opportunities to stakeholders across our organization 

Who You Are: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of experience managing and scaling paid media programs, preferably in the collectibles market
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work closely with marketing analytics and finance to objectively communicate and optimize performance
  • Comfortable standing up new programs and initiatives
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful paid media strategies across various channels and platforms
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Passion for collecting and interest in learning more about the industry

Salary Range: 

The salary range for this position is $101,549-$164,867. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
