Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist

How you will get to help us do that in this role:
As a Paid Ads Specialist at BuildWitt, you will assist with the management of our clients’ paid media campaigns. You'll work under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager to develop, execute, and optimize our paid marketing strategies, with a heavy focus on recruiting. The right person should have a creative, analytical mindset with a familiarity with Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, execution, and management of paid media strategies for our clients across platforms
- Brainstorm and implement paid advertising experiments for ads, audiences, landing pages, devices, and more across every stage in the acquisition funnel
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation to optimize campaign performance.
- Build out new campaigns in various ad platforms such as Facebook Ads & Google Ads.
- Assist in the monitoring and analysis of campaign metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
- Assist in budget management to make sure spend limits come in on target while maintaining the best possible return on ad spend.
- Strategize and work cross-departmentally with our copy, design, and production teams to create engaging campaign assets (ads, landing pages, etc.) that align with brand messaging and objectives.
- Assist with client communications and campaign performance reporting
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform campaign strategies.
- Support the Digital Marketing Manager in ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Basic video and photo editing.
Requirements/Hard Skills:
- .5-2 years of experience working in paid advertising
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and work with multiple teams simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Capable of identifying what’s worked well in the past and iterating, but also comfortable ideating and implementing new ideas
- Excitement about new, innovative technology, media, and apps
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certification is a plus
