PACU RN, Per Diem

Must Have Qualifications:

• At least 2 years acute care, pre-op, PACU or Critical Care experience.
• 1 year critical care or emergency experience is a must

Nice to Have Qualifications:

• Outpatient surgery, OR Experience
• Ortho or Spine experience

Education Requirement/ Certifications:

• Unrestricted CA RN License
• BLS, ACLS

Other Must Have Qualifications:

• Must have excellent Safety, Quality, Infection Control, Risk Management Skills.
• Functions as a patient advocate.
• Participates as a team member to support the total perioperative process.
• Maintains patient privacy and dignity.
• Excellent communication skills for patient, family and team.
• Excellent phone etiquette required.
• Competent MS Word, and basic excel.
• Reliable, team player.
• Competitive salary with shift differential applicable after 6pm.

Position Reports to: RN Nurse Manager

Degree of Supervision Provided to Position: Must be self-directed, able to work independently within scope of practice, and works under direction of the Clinical Leader.

Salary: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour
