ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Must be able to read daily schedule and prepared Bills of Material and pull warehoused parts and inventory to be place on buggies on a per style basis.
- JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must learn to read daily schedule and various styles listed.
- Understand and prioritize order of buggies in accordance to work schedule.
- Identify correct parts for respective styles to be assembled.
- Retrieve required parts from storage area and band with plastic banding
- Identify defective parts
- Count parts to insure proper quantities according to B.O.M.
- Properly stack and tag parts on buggy in accordance to guidelines for maximum quantities as related to safe handling procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized work station.
- Assist others when necessary.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Basic reading and writing skills required.
- Ability to read, understand and communicate the English language.
- Basic Math and counting skills
- Operator must be read a tape measure
SAFETY

- Immediately report any work related injury or illness.
- Keep the work area neat and free of hazards. THE USE OF COMPRESSED AIR WITHOUT PROPER SAFETY NOZZLE IS PROHIBITED FOR CLEAN-UP.
- Wear required personal protective equipment at all times.
- Always ensure proper lifting techniques: avoid bending and twisting at the waist whenever possible.
- Inspect tools and protective equipment before use.
- Learn the hazards of the equipment and procedures used on the job.
- Report any defective, malfunctioning, or suspicious tool, machine, or protective equipment immediately.
- Participate in safety training and safety meetings.
- Report any hazards or risks related to policies or procedures.
