Responsibilities:
- Weigh cans or bottles as they reach the end of the packaging line to ensure they are within specifications.
- Apply packaging material to the finish products, place them in a case tray, stack case on a pallet trays for distributions.
- Maintain, clean and operate the keg washing machine.
- Fill kegs from the packaging tanks.
- Operate packaging equipment to package products according to company standards and government regulations
- Monitor and adjust machinery settings to ensure proper packaging and labeling
- Perform routine maintenance on packaging equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Skills:
- Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Knowledge of logic controllers and mechanical systems
- Familiarity with CGMP guidelines and Governement regulations
- Ability to fabricate and assemble packaging materials
- Proficiency in using hand tools for packaging tasks
