Position Overview:

NicQuid is a small to midsized company located in Miamisburg, Ohio. We have a very relaxed environment as well as efficient processes to produce high quality products. As a Packaging Team Member, you'll collaborate under the guidance of our Packaging Manager to label and package products as they emerge from the manufacturing process, representing the final crucial step before they reach our customers.

The day-to-day:

• Perform packaging duties including labeling, operating equipment, boxing, and interdepartmental product transportation.
• Utilizing PDA devices to track tasks, update inventory and ensure proper documentation.
• Communicate effectively with other departments regarding production orders.
• Uphold cleanliness to meet third-party, state, and federal standards.
• Execute quality assurance measures with meticulous attention to detail.
• Assisting with other packaging related tasks and duties as needed.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Regular handling of totes weighing up to 75lbs between workstations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6-18 months of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

Candidates must be 21 years or older due to the potential handling of Hazardous/Acute Hazardous Waste.

Salary: $13.50 per hour
