SUMMARY:
Supervise the aggregate of the packaging and shred segment of our business. These responsibilities are to be executed with the idea to maximize our resources while minimizing or avoiding threats to the business.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Will work closely with the packaging and shred line and monitor its' progress.
- Will trouble shoot issue and work with other departments to find solutions.
- Will sign off on the cheese coming into shred to ensure proper product and blend.
- Responsible for monitoring the checks being conducted and packaging material being used.
- Ensure breaks and lunches are being given at the appropriate times and according to laws.
- Responsible for ensuring line workers are working at their full potential.
- Notify management if any incidents and/or accidents occur.
- Will review the shift's paperwork and complete the record review form.
- Monitor and inventory ingredient usage.
- Ensure adjustments to the personnel schedule are completed as needed to staff the line.
- Responsible for safety training and updates for crew on present issues and/or events.

Salary Range: $67,685 - $88,835
