Temescal Wellness operates state of the art medical cannabis cultivation and dispensing facilities in New Hampshire. We are seeking a Packaging Associate to join our packaging team in producing high quality cannabis. The perfect candidate for this position will be a detail oriented, organized, self-motivated person who likes to accomplish defined goals, and is passionate about working in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
- Package product according to schedule for the given day
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of packaging SOPs
- Track and log all products and batches worked on
- Accurately count product for final packaging
- Daily cleaning routines and activities
- Assist in keeping track of non-cannabis inventory
- Follow and execute the company’s standard operating procedures
- Post-harvest plant work
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor
- Generalized computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to adapt to changes
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks
- High-energy, enthusiasm & the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
- At least 21 years of age
- No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods of time
- Can physically lift up to, not exceeding, 50lbs
- Ability to complete multiple projects with excellent follow-through
