Package Room Attendant

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain Package Rooms including logging packages, distributing packages to residents, receiving package and food deliveries, and updating and maintaining building link system,
- Ensure all packages are logged and cared for until retrieved

- Professional, well mannered and strong communication skills are a firm requirement
- Communicate with residents in a professional manner
- Maintain a friendly and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents
- Follow all policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Package Room or front desk concierge
- Knowledge of computers and building link is a firm requirement
- Familiarity with luxury property standards
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
