Pack-Out Technician

Alpine Cleaning & Restoration Services of Smithfield, UT is seeking a full-time Pack-Out Technician to remove, clean, and secure personal belongings in both residential and commercial buildings. Our talented Pack-Out Technicians make $15.00-$20.00/hr depending on experience and generally work Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:30 pm. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PACK-OUT TECHNICIAN
As a Pack-Out Technician, you drive to disaster-stricken residential and commercial buildings and recover valuables and personal belongings. You carefully load them into our trucks and deliver them to our warehouse. When it comes to saving important items such as photos, files, and antiques, you're basically Superman! During this fragile time of loss and the unknown for our clients, you're the calm after the storm. You successfully complete a digital inventory of the items in the home or business before they're moved to ensure proper placement after structure repairs and construction are finished. Back at the warehouse, you delicately clean and bring their belongings back to life. At the end of the day, you not only salvage objects, but you also rescue the most precious items of all -- our customers' memories.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and pass a UDOT physical
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours at a time
• On-call rotation availability (will include weekends)
• Must have a valid driver license
• English-speaking (preferred)
• Experience in construction or restoration industries (preferred but not required)

If you are bilingual, can operate a forklift, and/or have experience loading and unloading cube trucks, that's a plus!
