Responsibilities:

- Operate and drive various types of commercial vehicles, including flatbed trucks, dump trucks, roll off trucks, and refrigerated trailers.
- Safely transport freight and deliver goods to designated locations.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or accidents.
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers to coordinate delivery details.

Requirements:

- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for the type of vehicle being operated.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or owner operator driver.
- Knowledge of route planning and navigation systems.
- Ability to safely operate and maneuver large commercial vehicles.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform basic automotive repairs and maintenance is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1.00 - $2.50 per mile
