- Have paid or volunteer experience working with teens
- Have excellent personal boundaries
- Have a heart for serving others
- Be reliable
- Be able to function in a team environment
- Have a High School Diploma or College Degree
- Provide direct oversight to females between the ages of 12-21
- Cleaning of the home and washing laundry
- Model and teach critical life skills
- Administer medications without errors
- Redirect behavior using Crisis Prevention Intervention strategies
- Teach and prepare meals alongside youth
- Transport children to and from appointments
- Prepare a Shift Summary at the end of each shift
- Communicate effectively with children on strengths and weaknesses each day
- Timely complete Incident Reports
