NOTE: This position will only cover Friday and Saturday overnight shifts.
- Welcome all in-coming Guests, Members and Patrons.
- Assists with Guest’s arrival and contacts bell services/front desk to announce guest arrivals for check-in.
- Provide directions to Resort activities, outlets and Group functions.
- Assist various Departments during large Group arrivals and departures.
- Maintain radio communication with Loss Prevention Dispatch.
- Review the in-house daily activity report and be familiar with Guest arrivals.
- Notify the Executive Offices Assistant of arrivals which require Executive Office Notification.
- Notify Loss Prevention Dispatch of suspicious activities at the Front Main Entrance and near the Associate Parking Lot.
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturday overnight shifts.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have welcoming, pleasant demeanor and excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Computer and typing skills preferred
- Must have a state issued driver’s license and be able to provide a clean DMV printout.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to Guests, Members, Patrons and other Associates of the organization.
