This is a glimpse of our wage scale:

High School Team Members (Limited Hours) $9/hr+

Part-Time Team Members (18-29 hrs/week) $9+/hr

Full Time Team Members (30+ hrs/week ) $10.00+/hr

Leadership Opportunities Available:

Shift Lead $13.50+/hr

Job Duties will Include but are not limited to:

• Putting away truck and produce orders
• Cleaning floors
• Baking and wrapping cookies/brownies
• Fileting chicken and restocking thawing cabinets
• Preparing lemonade
• Cleaning lemonade dispensers
• Mac/cheese
• Oil change/ boil outs
• Clear trash can and put in new bags
• Prep/chicken prep
• Kitchen set up for breakfast
• Catering set up for the day
• Daily cleaning task

Expectations of all Team Members, of any level:

• Clean and maintain your work environment
• Maintain a food-safe environment
• Serve guests and your fellow Team Members
• Cross Train between customer service & back of the house
• Saturdays required
• Shifts can start as early as 2 pm but applicants are not required to be available by 2 pm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a source of reliable transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigating shelving both high and low
• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
• Works in hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be able to work Midnight until 6am 3-5 days a week.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that’s all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade®. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
