Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from clients, Bus Operators, and other personnel in a professional and courteous manner.
Gather and document necessary information such as passenger loads at route terminus, timeliness of transportation, vehicle availability and special instructions.
Stay updated with DOT regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work a designated shift (morning, afternoon, evening, including weekends) as well as be on call for and able to report in for an emergency operation.
Two (2) years of Supervisory experience is required, previous Dispatch experience is required, Customer Service experience is required, commercial driving experience is required.
Must possess a Class B Commercial Driver License with Passenger Endorsement
