Oversees various aspects of linehaul, fleet, and safety operations in accordance with Company Policies/Procedures and applicable State and Federal Laws. Provide CCFS network driver support, including dispatching and managing road mechanical failures. This is a remote position.

$23-25.00/hour
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
- Reviews and verifies driver dispatches daily to ensure accuracy of submitted data - communicate revisions as necessary
- Assists drivers with dispatching equipment and general questions
- Reviews linehaul capacities and assists in decision making processes, balancing services and cost
- Monitors terminal load completion times and works with terminal operations to analyze and reduce delays
- Serves as a safety representative when communicating with drivers and terminals - remembering that safety comes first, last, and always and communicate feedback to CCFS Fleet, Operations and Safety Departments
- Handles incoming overnight calls pertaining to safety issues
- Maintains and facilitates terminal communication with drivers to ensure optimum efficiency and customer relations
- Monitors equipment movement and ensures that equipment balance is maintained within the linehaul operation
- Assists drivers with electronic log issues
- Communicates with other operations personnel to resolve operational and fleet issues
- Assists with breakdowns and finding tows when needed
- Other related duties as assigned

- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures, and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations

- Extensive knowledge of the principles, procedures, and best practices in the industry

- Generally a standard office environment
- The ability to work irregular hours when necessary
