Overnight Lana'i Ambassador (Front Desk Agent)

Aloha! Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i is seeking an Overnight Lana'i Ambassador.

The Lana'i Ambassador is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience. As the first and last impression of the Hotel, this high profile department carries a special responsibility. The Lana'i Ambassador greets and picks up guests at designated pick up/drop off locations on Lana'i for both resorts and resorts amenities. They will assists with luggage and must be able to lift, load and off load on to carts and vehicles . During vehicle transport, the Ambassador will "Talk Story" with guests to include providing historical tours, activities information and stories of the island. In addition, the Front Office is also the natural place where guests direct comments, questions, suggests and concerns. The Ambassador will handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. This position will primarily be working overnight shift.
We are looking for candidates who have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multi task are required. Excellent communication skills are essential. Physical by nature this position requires standing for 8 hours per shift and the ability to lift and push at least 50lbs. The ideal candidate will also have a warm welcoming smile, a positive attitude and be knowledgeable about the local areas. Must be flexible with schedule and able to work overnight shift. One-two years of previous experience in any relevant Front Desk is preferred.
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
