Key Responsibilities:
As an Unarmed/Armed Security Guard at Charlie Mike Protective Services, you will:
- Conduct security patrols to maintain a safe environment.
- Handle crowd control with finesse and professionalism.
- Enforce access control and ensure premises' security.
- Accurately document incidents and maintain detailed records.
- Handle firearms responsibly, following all safety protocols.
- Deliver top-notch customer service while addressing inquiries and concerns.
Qualifications and Skills:
To thrive in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Arizona Armed/Unarmed guard license.
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional security or law enforcement training is a plus).
- 4 years of experience in armed security, military combat, military police, or law enforcement.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols and emergency response tactics.
- Exceptional judgment, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Physical fitness for demanding tasks and agility.
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Successful completion of a thorough background check and drug screening.
