Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years old (our members must be at least 18+ as well) and be able to lift at least 45lb.
Non-Seasonal, For Candidates who intend to be here at least 6+ months
Need to be Consistently Available for their Set of Shifts and can work at both locations.
We're hiring (1) New Part-Time Cleaner at 8-25 hours per week to work at both our South Lake Union (SLU) & Fremont (FRE) location! Consistent hours based on your availability and preference for hours. These are night shifts after our facility is closed.
Schedule can be flexible as the work needs to be done when our facilities are closed - after 10pm Monday through Friday and after 7pm on Saturdays/Sundays.
Shift:
Fri (SLU) 10pm-2am
Sat (SLU/FRE) 7pm-12am
Sun (SLU/FRE) 5pm-10pm
Job Requirements:
- Ideally already established in the cleaning business
- Previous experience preferred, but will train a suitable candidate
- Excellent time management skills/ must adhere to tight deadlines/respond quickly to situations
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to listen, communicate and speak in English
- Integrity and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Full Job Description
The cleaner performs a variety of cleaning related tasks with emphasis on customer satisfaction and quality service delivery. All cleaning equipment will be provided by Flow Fitness.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily tasks:
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum and disinfect turf areas
- Clean toilets, sinks, showers
- Clean and disinfect surface areas
- Empty trash and recycle receptacles
- Spot clean glass and mirrors
Weekly tasks
- Dusting
- Clean glass and mirrors
Maintain building security and safety integrity by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.
Perform other cleaning duties as assigned
Pay + Benefits
The position will begin at $20.00 and will receive every 6 months there after a $.25 raise increase for standard of excellence + the opportunity for an additional $.25 for high performance.
