Job Title: Overnight Associate

Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble products according to specifications
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet customer requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills

This position requires overnight shifts, with the ability to work independently while ensuring production targets are met. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and demonstrate a commitment to producing high-quality products.

Please note that supervisory experience, knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), leadership skills, and customer service experience are considered assets but not mandatory for this role.
