Volt is immediately hiring for Overhead Crane Operators in Little Canada, MN.
Entry Level, Job Advancement
As a Overhead Crane Operator/General Laborer you will:

• Grind, polish, sand and sharpen welded parts to ensure conformance to established customer needs
• Operate small electric/air hand tools
• Handle assorted raw materials, steel parts, and steel scrap
• Completes associated paperwork in accordance with company guidelines
• Prepares shipping tags using the department computer or by completing the tag manually if necessary
• Communicates with previous/proceeding shifts as to work in process, priority of work orders to be completed during the next shift and any other pertinent information to ensure the smooth flow of production between shifts.

This is a full time opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Reliable transportation a must
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly
• Willingness to learn and train
• Good attendance is required

Experience with the following is a plus:

• Warehouse
• Manufacturing

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts available
Pay Rate: $18-$19 per hour
