Outside Sales Representative

Position Description:
The Outside Sales Representative plays an important role in meeting our sales and service goals. This role is responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with plumbing wholesale and contractor customers. Duties may include identifying prospective clients, following up on sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

• Responsibilities:

Prospect and develop opportunities with wholesale and contractor customers to drive sales in addition to influencing projects and specifications

• Develop and maintain relationships with key distributors and contractors
• Maintain working relationships with manufacturers
• Carry out sales and merchandising programs as directed
• Work with colleagues to provide customer service and solution. Working with inside office and operation teams.
• Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and networking events

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge and relationships within the industry is optimal. Knowledge of industry trends, and the ability to work independently. Customer service and meeting customer expectations is vital in this role.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in sales and customer service, in the plumbing or construction industry
• A clean DMV record and valid driver's license

Compensation and Benefits:
