Job Description
We are looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our growing team.
Qualifications:
- Must have 5+ years of in depth sales experience with general contracting and some knowledge of HVAC sales
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean record
- A demonstrated self-starter and highly motivated with an ability to build new relationships and nurture existing ones that results in closing sales opportunities
- A demonstrated ability to work independently with a sense of urgency to deliver results
- Hands on knowledge/experience in the general contracting field and HVAC sales
- Meet quota objectives provided by management
- Ability to maintain and grow a territory by qualifying new accounts
- Maintaining a positive attitude and the desire to succeed
- Analysis skills using reasoning or research to gain insight into or solve problems
- Excellent presentation skills and selling skills
Responsibilities:
- This role will focus on proactively identifying, locating, prospecting, cold calling new customers and closing sale opportunities in addition to maintaining effective relationships with current customers that lead to increased sales and revenue
- The ideal candidate shall demonstrate proven sales success in the construction industry and will be someone who is motivated and aggressive in finding new accounts and nurturing trusted relationships
- Conduct daily sales calls (in person and sometimes over the phone), provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts
- Manages customer experience from initial sale to project completion
