Pre-qualified hot leads generally within a 1-hour radius around your home. Customers have called Empire and asked for an in-home flooring estimate. - The role is a 100% commission opportunity. Direct Sellers on average earn $70k - $100k the first year, with approximately 1/3 of the team making $100k plus in their second year.

- Drive locally to meet Empire's customers in their homes
- Vehicle with room for samples
- Availability for some evening & weekends
- Deliver excellent customer service using tablet device and technology.
