Responsibilities

As anOutside Sales Representativespecializing in Lighting and Auditing, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission to provide top-tier lighting solutions and energy auditing services to our clients. Below are the essential job duties of this role:

• Sales and Business Development:Identify and engage potential clients, build and nurture client relationships, and generate new business opportunities in the field of lighting and energy auditing.
• Technical Expertise:Leverage your knowledge of lighting systems, energy efficiency, and auditing processes to assess client needs accurately and recommend tailored solutions.
• Client Consultation:Collaborate with clients to understand their energy usage patterns, lighting requirements, and sustainability goals, and provide informed recommendations to optimize their systems.
• Presentations and Proposals:Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that clearly communicate the value of our services and solutions to clients.
• Auditing and Assessment:Conduct on-site energy audits, lighting assessments, and data analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Technical Support:Provide technical support to clients and address any inquiries related to our products and services.
• Sales Reporting:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress toward revenue targets.

Job requirements

Youmusthave the following:

• Lighting or electrical sales experience is required
• Prior experience in auditing is highly preferred (Candidates with a background in these areas are encouraged to apply)
• Alternatively, candidates with technical backgrounds, such as recent engineering graduates, are welcome to apply if they have a strong desire to gain experience in sales and auditing
• A natural aptitude for sales and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
• A customer-centric approach, focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service and support
• Strong problem-solving skills to address client concerns, perform audits, and recommend lighting solutions
