Outside Sales Rep

American Home Design is hiring full-time In-Home Sales Representatives for our Chattanooga team. We are looking for experienced sales professionals who want a great opportunity while maintaining a nice work-life balance.

Are you outgoing and pleasantly persuasive? Can you build instant rapport with a stranger? Are you highly motivated by an uncapped commission sales opportunity? If so, this position could be a great fit for you! Our In-Home Sales Representatives go on preset and pre-qualified appointments in the local East TN area. We provide a professional in-home presentation via an iPad that is persuasive enough for a same-day home improvement purchase decision. Backed by Tennessee’s #1 Home Improvement company with unmatched products and warranties; our representatives are well-trained and set-up for immediate success. We offer a lucrative commission structure with a bi-weekly draw.

In-Home Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a professional presentation to homeowners following a well-trained sales system on an iPad
• Complete electronic contracts with accurate details of the product(s) the customer is purchasing from American Home Design
• Sell at least 30% of the leads issued to you
• Run approximately 8-10 leads a week
• Provide excellent customer service before and after installation

Sales Representative Qualifications:

• Ability to build instant rapport with customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated and self-disciplined to work independently
• Must have your own reliable vehicle
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to carry sales samples/equipment
