KSS Enterprises is on the hunt for an Outside Sales Consultant in the Kalamazoo area! Our consultants work directly with amazing customers to build relationships and grow business. KSS Enterprises is a champion in the distribution of janitorial supplies, packaging supplies, foodservice supplies and cleaning equipment that has been growing for over 77 years. Here’s what you’ll be doing on the day-to-day:
- Discover new customers by prospecting and cold calling - new business accounts are crucial for success!
- Look after and grow relationships with existing accounts.
- Execute all phases of the sales process including accessing needs, quoting customers, closing new accounts, building relationships, and providing training when needed.
- SELL! We are a highly motivated team who strives to meet and exceed sales and profit margin goals.
- Collaborate with internal customer service team to guarantee top notch customer service.
