Outside Sales Account Manager

Functions and Requirements:

• 1 year of residential roofing and technical service sales experience (preferred)
• Time management abilities
• Ability to lift and climb up and down ladders.
• Capable of receiving instructions and explaining the roofing process to a customer
• Able to abide safety requirements, including the use of proper protective gear, and fall protection.
• A valid driver's license as well as reliable mode of transportation to complete daily tasks.
• Door to door or self genreated leads

This position is commission based, bonus's and incentives may apply based on performance and reliability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer interactions
- Strong understanding of roofing sales and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to conduct market analysis and identify business opportunities
- Proactive approach to building relationships with clients and driving sales growth

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
