Responsibilities:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our construction staffing services and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Business Development: Identify and prospect potential clients within the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, and construction project managers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' workforce needs and tailor solutions that match the skills and expertise of our construction professionals.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the company's network and promote our services.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by the management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to ensure that the right talent is matched to the client's needs.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in Outside Sales or business development, preferably in the construction industry or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, workforce needs, and staffing solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned local territory.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
