This position's primary role is to triage and respond to phone calls, emails and social media posts for the Community Service program. The Outreach Specialist is primarily responsible for creating and monitoring content and engagement on social media platforms; providing outreach and education about Community Service programs and services to youth and community members; and monitoring and updating community resources.

What you bring to SBHG (qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a social service field or at least four (4) years of experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
- Bachelor's degree in a social service field plus at least two (2) years of experience in a behavioral health setting; OR
- Master's degree in a social service field
- Valid California Driver's License
