```Duties```
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients using evidence-based treatment modalities such as psychotherapy, applied behavior analysis, and clinical counseling.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
- Provide crisis management and intervention services as needed.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment interventions.
- Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, coping strategies, and community resources.
```Requirements```
- Master's degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
- Valid license or certification in the state of practice (e.g., Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor).
- Experience working in a hospital or outpatient setting preferred.
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques for various mental health conditions.
- Familiarity with chronic pain counseling and addiction counseling is a plus.
- Strong crisis management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
