Form of workWe are currently seeking a therapist for our Outpatient Department. This position reports to the Director of Outpatient Services. Join our team of passionate therapists who facilitate a variety of groups including mental health, chemical dependency, DBT skills, telehealth, and adolescents in the PHP and IOP levels of care using a client-centered approach. Therapists on our team facilitate morning and evening groups and work with the Director of Outpatient Services to create the schedule that best fits their availability and strengths.
This position will maintain client confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA requirements at all times; Complete all required documentation in a timely manner consistent with hospital, state and regulatory guidelines; Maintain hospital required productivity standards. We have openings at the Glendale facility.
Requirements
- Licensed in Counseling or Social Work- required
- One year minimum experience completing assessments in a behavioral health setting.
- One year minimum Counseling experience in a behavioral health setting.
- One to three years' experience with utilization review in a behavioral health setting.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and meet qualifications for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.
