Lifespan Physician Group (LPG): Bradley Hospital, affiliated teaching hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University has an opening for a Clinical Child/Adolescent Psychologistto join our Outpatient Department. Bradley Hospital is the nation’s first psychiatric hospital exclusively for children. We provide expert family-focused care to children and Adolescents with psychological, developmental, and behavioral problems, through a wide range of inpatient, outpatient, residential and partial hospital programs. This position has the opportunity for a Brown University clinical faculty appointment, if desired. Candidates must have completed doctoral training and clinical internship from APA-accredited programs.

About the Job:
- Full-time primarily clinical position working with a renowned multi-disciplinary team in the Bradley Hospital Outpatient Department. The Outpatient Department is backed up by a strong support staff and care coordination services.
- Clinical responsibilities would primarily include carrying a panel of patients to be seen for psychotherapy services at a frequency per clinician discretion, collaboration with multidisciplinary team members involved in your patients’ care and participate in weekly team meetings/trainings.
- Psychologists are afforded the autonomy to construct a schedule and caseload that best meets their unique skill set and interests and is aligned with department expectations.
- Treat patients with a broad range of mental health conditions including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, ADHD and other externalizing disorders.
- Teaching and supervision opportunities with an appointment to Brown University clinical faculty, may be available.
- Potential opportunities to lead/co-lead therapy groups (e.g., DBT skills group, anxiety, social skills, parent training)
- Collaborative research opportunities may be available.
- PhD or PsyD with an internship from an APA-accredited program, Child/Family specialization.
- Postdoctoral experience with Child/Family emphasis encouraged.
- Knowledge and training in DBT-A, CBT, and family therapy are preferred.
- Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island.
- Team-oriented professional and a desire to work collaboratively in a team-based care model.
- Enthusiasm for helping youth and families struggling with complex psychosocial and behavioral health needs.
