Key Accountabilities Responsible for the validating receipt of materials against Purchase orders, packing slips, repair and return documents, and the management of storing and dispensing such materials in a timely manner.
Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required

• Performs warehouse duties including, unloading/loading trucks, using a forklift for unpacking receipts, packing returns, packing goods issued, maintaining documentation and safety of material
• Inspecting materials upon receipt for damage, quantity, and specification
• Responsible for inventory placement into designated bins upon receipt completion
• Coordinate logistics and delivery of direct shipment materials to field locations
• Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas in order to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Entering records into computerized tracking system (SAP)
• Performs goods issued receipts in SAP for all material which flow through the warehouse
• Maintains warehouse transaction documentation
• Participates and assists in ensuring warehouse activity compliance
• Assists with Inventory control activities i.e. Cycle Counting, wall-to-walls
• Physically capable of lifting materials and product up to 50 pounds
• Compliance with ConocoPhillips policy and industry regulations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• High School Diploma or GED Required
• Intermediate level, typically 3-5 years of experience
• Forklift licence
• Provides technical/functional and/or administrative support
• General working knowledge of specific systems, terminology and procedures used within the department
• Performs routine tasks
• Able to solve problems and make basic decisions
