Outlet Attendant

The Madison Club is looking for a motivated Outlet Attendant to support our Golf and Culinary staff to create a memorable and consistent golfing experience for our Members.

The successful applicant will be expected to open and close their assigned golf food outlet stations on a daily basis. Outlet Attendant duties include keeping assigned outlet stations neat, organized, and stocked. Additional duties include food preparation, cooking, and serving of golf course outlet menu items. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, work cohesively with fellow team members, and should be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment that requires attentiveness, attention to detail and a genuine willingness to recognize our Members needs and preferences.

Prior similar work experience is preferred, yet not required. However, a positive attitude and willingness to learn is a must.

The Madison Club is open during the winter & spring season, and this role will be for a full time, seasonal until June 2024. Preferred candidates will have a flexible schedule, be able to work weekends & holidays, and understand that time off requests will not be honored during March or April (key event/ festival months).

Key Responsibilities

• Keep all outlet stations neat, organized and well stocked.
• Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines.
• Put away outlet food and beverage deliveries.
• Maintain stock levels at the sales office and fitness areas.
• Take food or beverage orders on course to relay to kitchen when necessary.
• Track specified food items taken from the kitchen on weekly Outlet Tracking Sheets.
• Communicate inventory needs when par levels are low.
• Greet all members formally by using their surname.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with members, guests, and coworkers.
• Must be able to remain on feet standing and walking for long periods of time, up to 8 hours. As well as sit, squat, reach, bend, stoop, and twist.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Must be able to work outdoors, exposure to various weather conditions such as heat, cold, wind and rain.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
