Outbound Lead

Requirements:

• Read and interpret retailer-specific routing guides to perform required merchandising activities per instructions
• Reliable transportation to work
• Must be able to bend, walk/stand for 8 hours or more and lift 50lbs
• You are dedicated to supporting a safe and clean working environment
• Lead team members in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Operate warehouse equipment, computers, scanners, and perform various duties as required
• Regular and punctual attendance
• All other duties as assigned
• Experience in PC applications and ability to learn required software applications to perform this function, including: Infoplus, ShipStation, Slack, and Asana software applications
• Ability to pay attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking for shipments
• Be able to manage inventory through reporting, bin management, label management, and min/max procedures
• Accurately complete fulfillment orders including picking product, packing & shipping orders
• Learn and apply packing policies & techniques to ensure every customer receives his/her package in good condition

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• 1 year of experience in big-box retail associate experience specifically with Amazon, Target, Nordstrom, or Dick’s
• High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred
• 2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment

Pay: $20.00 per hour
