Call Center Agent
Contract - starting ASAP in November till 31st Dec 2023
Responsibilities: -
- Handle high-volume cold calling in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing appropriate solutions specially in a healthcare Call Center environment
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure clear and effective communication with customers
- Identify customer needs and upsell products or services when appropriate
- Proactively make 60-80 calls per day to potential patients, introducing them to our program offerings.
- Articulate the value and advantages of the programs, customizing discussions to address individual patient needs.
- Respond to patient inquiries, clarify program specifics, and encourage enrollment.
- Accurately record call details and patient responses in the CRM system.
- Diligently follow up with potential enrollees to assist through the sign-up process.
- Participate in regular training and meetings to stay informed about program updates and outreach tactics.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of phone etiquette to ensure professional and courteous communication
- Sales experience is a plus, with the ability to upsell products or services
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly and concisely
