If you’re looking for a driving job, you’ve probably read 100’s of recruiting ads that all sound too good to be true…. and usually they are. Why go from job to job only to find the same old thing every time?
We’d rather be the company that paints the real world picture of the job, and not just the best case scenario. We also know that because we’re not a mega carrier, we can truly offer you a better job across the board – In all the aspects that matter, pay, home time, benefits, equipment, and workload. We will know you by name, not just a number.
Here’s what our pay package looks like:
We pay .60 cents a mile, every mile. You don’t work your way up to that, you don’t get paid that only if you drive “X” number of miles each month, that’s the actual pay, period. All day, every day.
On top of .60/cents a mile, we pay a monthly safety bonus that can add another $0.05/cpm to your check. We also pay a bonus for passing DOT inspections. Our drivers make $90,000+/year.
You will earn 1 week of vacation pay after the first 6 months of consecutive employment and every 6 months thereafter.
In addition, we offer health, dental & vision insurance. Our coverage is through Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, so it’s accepted nationwide.
You’ll also be driving nice, well maintained, APU & Refrigerator equipped trucks.
Because we are a family owned company, we recognize that if you aren’t home regularly, you get burnt out and your family gets resentful of your job. Neither are recipes for success. We are over the road, so while we can’t promise you home every weekend, we can guarantee you’ll be home when you need to be. We’re more than happy to work with you if you’ve got family obligations, birthday parties, graduations, etc.
Give us a call if this sounds like a team you’d like to be a part of, there’s no recruiters to leave messages for, or HR firms you need to call – you’ll always deal with the owners directly. A Class A CDL is required, and you’ll need to be 23 years of age or older, with at least two years of experience behind the wheel, and also be willing to obtain your hazmat and tanker endorsements.
Bottom line is, we will NOT lie to you, and you WILL make money with us.
