Otr - Occupational Therapist

Constellation Health is looking for an Occupational Therapist (OTR) for the Tucson Unified School District.  The role is Monday - Friday working with and helping school-age children to reach their goals.

Requirements:

• Arizona State Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Pediatric knowledge and experience are preferred.
• Skillful in teletherapy preferred. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provision of school-based OT services including evaluations, interventions, leading individual and small groups
• Documentation, attending and reporting at meetings.
• Teletherapy if the school goes to remote learning. 
• May mentor newer OT and supervise OTA.
