Position Title: OTC Sales Strategy and Operations Manager
Part Time Role - Covering for someone going on leave
Location: Onsite - Irvine, CA - Hybrid Required - 3 days onsite - 2 remote
Contract: 7 months - based on performance and business needs

5. Consumer Good (preferably over-the-counter) or Pharma company experience
Bachelors Degree. Prefer 5 years of Consumer Good (preferably over-the-counter) or Pharma company experience
Multi-Channel Strategy and Operations Manager.
The role of the Strategy and Operations Manager is to partner with the Trade Sales and Brand teams within Consumer Eye Care to support the following: Business reporting to Trade Sales team on sales metrics . Help shape business Strategy and planning relating to multi-channel opportunities. Assist Head of Trade Sale in annual planning process by owning planning templates and tracking of team plans. Own the team’s gross-to-net tracking, and provide updates to team’s Sales and Marketing leaders on a regular cadence. Serve as liaison for the Trade Sales team to the Customer Service and Supply Planning team. Fully own the Trade Sales team broker commission tracking and reporting within first week of each month. This includes interactions with key third party vendor partners. Create and manage team’s POs through SNAPP, and track spending for all POs. Advise brand team on best-practices and opportunities for reaching customers through multi-channel programs.
Responsibilities:
Specifically, this position supports the Consumer Eye Care over-the-counter business. Become a trusted partner and provide the Eye Care franchise with day-to-day support, work side-by-side with Trade Sales team and Brand team
Qualifications: minimum requirements:
Client or Pharmaceutical industry experience. Sales Operations experience preferred. Comfort working in a matrix environment. Demonstrated self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excel expertise. Experience in Eye Care is a plus, but not required.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent amount of experience in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
