Join the Goldman Center of Chicago, the only Medical Diagnostic clinic of its kind. Work with other exceptional SLPs, OTs, PTs, DTs, and behavioral pediatricians. We provide assessments for children aged 0-3 who may receive a diagnosis of ASD, Global delay, SPD, and more.
In this dynamic role, you will balance between conducting Medical Diagnostic evaluations and maintaining a caseload for ongoing therapy. Your expertise in occupational therapy will be crucial in assessing and treating children aged 0-3, potentially with ASD, Global Delay, SPD, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Medical Diagnostic evaluations as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Develop and implement therapy plans for children on your caseload, focusing on their unique developmental needs.
- Write detailed Medical Diagnostic evaluation reports.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
- Maintain regular communication with families, providing updates and support.
Requirements:
- Must have an EI credential in Early Intervention Illinois.
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Illinois.
Skills and Attributes:

- Excellent ability to connect and engage with children and parents.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Creativity in therapeutic approach and flexibility in various clinical situations.
