OSI/AVEVA PI Consultant

Join iSphere, a leading IT consulting company in Houston, as an OSI/AVEVA PI Consultant for a dynamic six-month+ contract engagement. We are seeking a talented individual with expertise in OSIsoft PI and AVEVA PI systems to optimize operations, enhance data analysis, and drive business insights.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of OSIsoft PI and AVEVA PI Suite products
- Customize system configurations to meet operational needs and industry standards
- Monitor system performance and provide technical support to end-users
- Design data management strategies and maintain data models for accurate analysis
- Collaborate with data analysts to extract actionable insights and drive decision-making
- Engage customers/stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years of experience with OSIsoft PI and/or AVEVA PI systems in industrial environments
- Strong understanding of industrial automation, data acquisition, and control systems
- Proficiency in PI system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSIsoft PI System Infrastructure Specialist) are a plus
- Preferred experience in the power utility industry
