We do not employ assistants, technicians, aids, or interns to work with patients, we believe you should have the ability to work with your own patients.

The majority of our caseload is built of weekend warriors, athletes, and general orthopedic cases. We do have therapists that specialize in treating: TMJ dysfunction, Pelvic Floor dysfunction, Spine, Dancers, and Cyclists. • Build individualized treatment plans based on the most up to date practices

• Develop relationships with physicians, trainers, and sports teams to work seamlessly with common clients to bridge the gap between rehab and fitness and generate new leads
• Participate in online and in person marketing efforts to help get you the patients you want to see
• Work with our expert clinicians to further our growth atmosphere

Credentials:

• Current state licensure or certification on or before the first day of employment required.
• Successful completion of a degree from an accredited DPT program
• Demonstrate competence in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, care planning and manual therapy

Compensation

We are a small company; however, we are growing with the plan for our therapists to grow with us. We currently offer a 4% match in 401k plans for full time employees, health and dental, PTO, paid holidays, quarterly bonus opportunities, student loan reimbursement and $1000 continuing education.

This is a position where you can use your knowledge to grow in our company and work to earn over 100k! We also have structure to promote from Staff PT, to Senior PT, to Manager.

You did not go to school for 7 years and get your doctorate degree to do an evaluation, then hand the patient off to an assistant or intern.
