Overview:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Provide administrative support such as filing, faxing, and data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Dental/ Orthodontic Receptionist is preferred but willing to train
- Proficiency in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Familiarity Dolphin Management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 28 – 32 per week
