Orthodontic Receptionist (Experience Preferred)

We are looking to hire an Orthodontic Receptionist for our growing state of the art orthodontic practice. In our quest to find the perfect addition to the practice, we are looking not only for experience, but also personality. We would prefer to hire someone with orthodontic experience who provides excellent customer service, but are willing to train the right person.

Job Location: New Providence, NJ

Salary: $20-30 per hour

Job Duties including but not limited to:

· Greeting patients

· Answering phones

· Scheduling appointments

· Billing/insurance verification

· Treatment coordination to assist in financial and treatment recommendations

· General office administration duties

· New patient records

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
