- Bachelor's degree in organizational development, human resources, business administration, education or a related field required. Master's degree preferred.
- Four (4) years of experience and/or training in conception, design, and implementation of organizational development and training programs required.
- Experience and/or training conducting, developing and presenting training programs required.
