The ideal Organizational Change Manager/Lead candidate should have a strong background in IT consulting, software SDLC ), project delivery, and experience working with public sector clients.

*This position is based at our beautiful headquarters in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties 

  • Conduct detailed analysis of client requirements, processes, and systems to identify gaps and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather business insights and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans to support the implementation of IT projects.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans.
  • Assess and manage change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the development and execution of training programs and materials for end-users.
  • Analyze and document current and future state business processes, workflows, and systems.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Support project managers in project planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with public sector clients and serve as a trusted advisor on change management and business analysis matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • OCM certifications such as Prosci Certified Change Practitioner (CCP), Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP), AIM's Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), or similar is required.
  • Proven experience working as an OCM and Business Analyst in IT Consulting with exposure to public sector clients.
  • Strong understanding of software SDLC, SaaS/PaaS, and project management methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proficient in conducting workshops, interviews, and facilitating stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Knowledge of public sector processes and regulations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.
